Water Droplet Poetry

Just your average 18 year old writer. I write poetry, short stories, reviews on things and I like to talk about traveling. Inspiration can be found anywhere. Life is equal parts terrifying, exhilarating, tragic, and beautiful. I try to capture at least some of this in my words, doesn't always work out, though. I will forever be inspired by Rick Riordan, his books opened my mind to reading and he inspired me to write. I also love Madisen Kuhn, Sarah Kay and Clementine Von Radics. And lastly, my high school AP English teacher. Special K, you inspire me daily.
As a young adult, it's not always easy to know where your life is going, or what you want to do with your life. I am going into my freshman year of college and will be studying at Hillsdale College in the fall, writing and art have always been my passions. Writing isn't meant to stay in the journals I keep, it isn't meant to stay just with me. Sharing what I care about is a terrifying thing but writing finds its meaning in the minds of the readers. So, dear reader, I hope you find some meaning in the words I am sharing.
